Shandong Emmecom Pumps Co., Ltd. (SEP as below) is a production joint venture jointly invested by Shandong Shuanglun Co., Ltd. and Italy Emmecom Pump co.,Ltd. Established on November 25, 2006, with registered capital of 16,000,000 US dollars, legal representative: Yao Chunyang, registered address is No.1 Shuanglun Road Economy-technical Development District, Weihai City, Shandong Province, China, occupies area of 106,700 ㎡.  

SEP has 100 employees, in-house R&D, Design, Manufacture, Quality Assurance and Control, Project Management, Procurement, Marketing and Sales for petrochemical pump, chemical pump, heating and cooling pump, water pump, liquid ring vacuum pump.  

The SEP products can be widely used in oil refining, petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, offshore platform and ocean engineering, steel industry, metallurgy, electric power, factories, mines, papers, pharmaceutical, sugar, fertilizer, vacuum treatment, building materials, packaging, textile industry, food and beverage process, irrigation, water treatment and environmental protection and other fields.

2 Technology Research and Development Capabilities

SEP is government authorized Enterprise Technology R&D Center, owned 1 independent Technical R&D Center and 30 Pump Technical Specialists and Engineers, 2 foreign experts and 6 senior engineers.

SEP keeps continuous annual 5% R&D technical investment funds, utilizing advanced R&D measures including Solidworks, finite element analysis and flow field analysis Simulation Software such as CFD, ANSYS, etc.

The core technology of eliminating the pressure pulsation of centrifugal pump, solves the technical problem of excessive vibration caused by internal pulsation of the pump. Solving low material strength under extreme working conditions issue and high cost of traditional special materials.

SEP has 29 Inventions & Utility Models Patents and had achieved Innovation Fund Ministry of Science and Technology for Energy-efficient Vacuum Pump.

3 Manufacture and Fabrication Capabilities

SEP has an advanced pump manufacturing process route and fully uses the ERP production resource management system, including production plan management, casting workshop, machining workshop, assembly workshop, and painting workshop. The processing accuracy is high, and the processing quality is guaranteed.
